Such poor service. No one comes for ages when the button is present. When one of the workers is asked to do something for a patient it is always someone else's job. They would not come to help my parent to go to the bathroom. They could not accommodate the food requests. The workers are too busy being in the phone and they are super lazy. What a waste of Medicare money.

They were very wonderful. My family felt like my grandmother was very well taken car of while under the care of the folks at Park Pace Center
