They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Panorama's convalescent & Rehab center is right off Sleater-Kinney Rd; very easy to locate. There was lots of available parking at their office. Parking is easy and close to the front door of the facility.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. One thing I noticed about their facility was that there was no-odors; staff are conscious about cleaning. It has nice, private waiting rooms, a nice lobby with grand fireplace, a large cafeteria for residents, and most all of the staff are friendly & helpful.

This provider has use-friendly website, good info and good online presence.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I have not seen my Mother ever improve so quickly, look so beautiful. Panorama is a haven and the staff are truly making a difference in her life-that is so much appreciated from the heart. Keep up the excellent service to and for our loved ones...

The premises are WELL taken care of/managed and other perks are provided by other residents of the adjacent retirement community. If you have to be there...it is a great choice.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
