Old facility with disrespectful staff. No one answers the phone any time I tried to call. I had to send the sheriff on occasion to do wellness check when I could not get in touch with anyone for days. I live out of town due to military and cannot go to facility often. Moved my parent out of this facility after much resistance and facility did not cooperate with requests to transfer my parent to another facility even when I had lined up an accepting facility. I would not recommend this facility for someone's pet much less a human.

They made sure every single question I had was answered clearly, and I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The staff have impressive understanding. I was most impressed to see friendly and alert patients at this facility during your. This is rare to see in a nursing facility.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Definitely, it was nauseating

No, the staff was very mistreated
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No. I still haven't talked to them.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not.
