If I could put half a star, I would. My grandmother was a long-term patient here and our experience was horrific. In a word, this place is a dump. The staff is disengaged and negligent. When my grandmother had a fall, they called me and were frustrated with her for trying to get out of bed. That's right, they blamed the sick old lady who was a fall risk for falling. Her bed alarm had been removed several times and they left her strapped into her wheelchair all day long. Most days she sat in her own urine. My mom who was managing my grandmother's care was mistreated as well. When she tried to advocate for my grandmother, staff stopped speaking to her and held a grudge. The social worker said that my grandmother was aggressive and acted out. My grandmother was defending herself because she felt scared for her life. She is in a new facility now and the people are caring and compassionate. As a result my grandmother is calm and happy - no one there has yet to have a complaint or frustration about her. And no one thinks she's aggressive. Shame on you Orange Health Care. Shame on you.

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment?
No, they didn't even attempt to explain
Was this provider's office too loud?
Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

No, they were very calm and understanding

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They have taken care of both my parnets and after havign them in other facilties I would ONLY have them in Orange Health Care Center. THEY ARE GREAT!

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.
