I think that the place needs a security guard at the front door checking ID's because anybody can walk in and ask for a patient and do anything to someone I didn't think my love one was safe there.

I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. The office was easy enough to find.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Their equipment appeared to be old and out of date. I wouldn't trust them to care for my loved one after I saw first hand how unsafe their facility is. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs.

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

Not really. I usually have to wait a long time

No, it was expensive.
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
