Did the staff at this senior care facility ever take personal phone calls when they were supposed to be helping you?
Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Absolutely not, the office was disgusting
Did the staff keep the temperature in the waiting room pleasant?
No

This place is horrible. It is dirty. The dressor drawers are never emptied after patients leave the facility. The table that the patients eat off of is never wiped down. The chairs that they put the patients on are filthy dirty. The staff is rude. The aids park right in front in the visitor parking. If you look where the physicians park, they throw their dirty gloves and masks on the floor. The people at the front desk let people come and go as they please, because they are too busy texting on their phones.

Every single aide in this place should be required to speak in English only. They should learn to smile every once in a awhile. They congregate in the halls and speak so loud they disrupt the patients. Patients wander around the halls lost and cant find their rooms. My sister was left laying in bed in her own feces. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
There is a new Director who came in and raised the rates but did nothing about improving the quality of service for patients and employees. We took our sister out of this place.

No. It took me several times to get through.

No, I had to look for a parking spot for a long time

No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time

Definitely, it was nauseating
