They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. They broke my mothers arm, I should've sued, but was afraid they would even been meaner to her. Substandard, didn't care, left my mother in wet diapers for hours, and would take her phone away from her so she couldn't call me. I would'nt put a dog in that hell hole. Her death certificate said she died from uti infection, from bacteria in wet diapers.
