My mother was treated with exceptional loving care. Everyone from kitchen staff to nursing staff treated her with kindness and professionalism. Staff would stop by just to give her a hug and tell her they loved her. They made sure she was never in pain. I would highly recommend this Care Center.

This is a horrible facility. My father walked in on a Monday with all his wits about him & less than 12 hours later had a huge knot on his head, couldnt walk or talk. Noone here contacted any member of the family nor called an ambulance for him. He sat for 5 hours with no care whatsoever. Plus the staff didnt communicate with each other & noone knew what the hell happened. (or at least thats what they said) I would not take my worst enemy there. I only checked a star because i couldnt submit unless i did. I wouldnt have given that if i didnt have too.

They are caring, helpful, and contacted me with concerns about my mother when she was a patient there. I would recommend this nursing home without reservation as the staff has always tried to be helpful in all ways.

Do not expect one-on-one care all day long for patients, it is a group environment most of the time - as expected for type of facility. Patients will have to wait short periods for non-urgent attention. More staff would always be desirable if not practical due to more cost.
My calls are answered quickly here. I am never put on hold for a long time. I didn't notice a really bad smell. I was left by myself, but they eventually returned. It was so nice to arrive and see many staff members. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
