My father was at Morehead Nursing Center for several months. The facility was always clean and the people were well taken care of. The administration, nurses, care givers and housekeeping teams were kind, professional and dedicated to the care of their residents. I cannot say enough good things about the rehab team and their excellent motivation and support. I highly recommend this nursing center and appreciate the great care they gave to my father.
