they are understaffed and the staff is underpaid and unprofessional in their treatment of residents. Many of the aides are rude and sullen and yell at residents or family members. residents often wait 45 min to an hour or more after buzzing for help to go to the bathroom. recently residents within the same few months were suffering from Uti's undetected until they needed hospitalization .

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
