I wouldnt put my pet in this place. The building looks like its going to fall apart. Also the basement door was left open where someone could fall so i went down there. What a moldy mess. ( You c an allways tell what people are like by what there basements look like.) As far as care goes its ok but they are way under staffed and not very professional.

I felt safe with my aunt in the care of this reasonably priced facility. I trust them but wish they would act a little faster on meeting my aunt's needs. They are very qualified and knowledgeable but sometimes seem overwelmed / understaffed.
I could tell that they've been doing their jobs well for quite a while. Their equipment is just average but they try to do the best they can. It didn't knock my socks off or anything, but most of their equipment appeared safe. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my aunts health even after I left the office.

Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. The administrator is very rude and un professional she is attentive to the caucausin residents more than the african american residents.

The staff at Millway are very kind to the residents. They make sure to keep the residents up and active with many fun activities. My brother is very happy at Millway. He has a very nice room of his own, with a staff that genuinely cares about him. I would recommend Millway to anyone.
