I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. Facility smells, LPN's during early daytime, DON, and administration staff is very unfriendly, show's no appreciation to their nursing aides, shows great favortism to early daytime shift, dishonest, unorganized, spends more time smoking cigarrettes than working and taking care of residents,
