My dad has been at this center since 2011, they are one of the best places I found in Tennessee. They care, their nice people, they keep you up to date on what is happening at all time. They always call should your loved one have any problems. I truly appreciate there service.

Everywhere, you would want to place your aging parent/grandparent in a loving facility with kind people who are accepting and service your loved one with the respect they require and, quite frankly deserve. This is not the case at Masters where you would find more service in the city morgue and more attentive service at the DMV. While I have not had a loved one placed here, I have volunteered here through another group and I would sooner pay 5x the amount for them to stay in an ICU or cancer center (even if they had no evident problems). The staff literally acts like this job is just a 9-5 gig in a telemarketer's firm and all of the elderly seem really, REALLY depressed because of it.

Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. My mother died at their facility. They would log in her patient record that they provided oral care for her but they never did. The charge nurse even got in my face to demand to know what time I arrived that morning of my mothers death. If I would have known, I would have taken my mother home to die!
