Never ever send your loved one here. My mother was there for 30 days and she ended up passing away on the 30th day from an illness that they said she had 3 days prior to her death. This place did not give her the care they should have.

This place is the worst! Social Worker, Mindy is useless, she didn't do anything that her position required, call backs do not happen, especially if you are asking her to do her job, her method is to ignore you. The business office acts like a drive through and the front desk person looks and behaves like she is on illegal drugs. I personally watched as she ignored incoming calls so she could have an inappropriate conversation about a patient with a member of the business office and another patient. My mother was treated poorly, fell in the shower while bathing,and was not taking her medications, and she had items stolen from her, the staff will not communicate with you when you have questions even if you are the POA. Do not take your family here unless you don't care for your family member nor care how they are treated. If you care then find somewhere else.

My Mom was here to recuperate and they made her worse; she was malnourished, dehydrated and went back to the Hospital with an even worse illness then when she arrived! The staff does NOT listen to any of your requests in an effort to help my mother. No matter who you speak to, they do not follow through with anything despite what they say. Nurses aids are rude and ignorant, some of the Nurses were empathetic to my mothers problem; but no follow through. IF you hate someone, take them to Manor Care, if not, keep searching - -
