I would give 0 stars if I could. Arcadia unit was filthy. I watched residents slide out of wheelchairs & staff not pay attention. Always short on staff, & staff that was there seemed burnt out. Showers dirty, complained for months about lack of adequate hot water. There is so much more but the long & short of it is I would not even kennel a dog there.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only client.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
Yes, I had to wait quite a while

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

No, no one seemed to notice I was there
