Only involved in the 3rd floor where the dementia patients are. Considering the condition of these residence I think the staff does quite well. There are a few people on the floor without dementia who tend to get annoyed with the dementia patients. They should not be on that floor because you cant rationalize with an Alzheimer patient. There needs to be a better way to go out on the patio without interrupting the staff. Overall I feel it is a safe place and the food is rather good. This has got to be a very tuff job working with these patients. I appreciate them very much.

If you're looking for a dependable and trustworthy nursing home, look no further. I would recommend them to anyone I know. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I will definitely recommend them to people I know.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all
