Had remove a family member from this facility because of the nightmare service they provide. The social worker, Ryan, is the one of the most unconcerned and never follow up or return calls. My relative was sent to the hospital twice during her 2 week stay and the second time she was sent to the hospital I was not informed, nor did they know what hospital she was sent to.She was suffering from kidney failure. I went back to the facility to retrieve her belongings only to receive items that did not belong to her and have very important items such as her false teeth missing. I have tried numerous times to retrieve or at least have someone from the staff try to rectify this situation. I have been totally ignored by the staff. As far as i am concern, this facility offered horrible care to my relative, and i would never recommend this facility to anyone! I have to select a star, but they do not deserve any!!

Horrible place for care. The place was dirty, staff was unfriendly, and they allowed dogs to stay there.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. If you're looking for a dependable and trustworthy nursing home, look no further. I would recommend them to anyone I know. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.
