Libertyville Manor cares More About Money than there residents. The so called director of nursing lies on a regular basis. Call lights are not answered in a timely manner. We have personal experience with this. I WOULD NOT recommend this facility to anyone.

Presently under construction/remodeling which is long overdue. Space is very limited right now so residents are crowded together. Seem to have staffing issues, as well.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
Did this provider use excessive foul language?
Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office?
Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

Yes, I was completely at ease

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
