I would never send anyone ehre I cared about. It took hours for them to answer a nurse call, they called the alzheimers patients crazies, told one she ws bothering them, did not help with therapy at all.

This is my mothers 4 time there and I would not choose a different place to place her, The rehab department is very professional and helpful. The aides who take care of her a top notch and really care for her needs.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I got a few answers here and there to my questions, but it was scattered and confusing. I left wishing I had gotten more information. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
