i thought from past knowledge that it was a first class nursing home, but i found out within the first week that while the people overall were friendly the service at least for my son who has been in coma for over eighteen (18) years i noticed that just about everything i had written had been ignored and what was being done was hurting my son,his right thumb had been dislocated and nobody could or would say when it happed, some of his medication had been dduplicated or tripled, stool softner was using to induce bowl movement, which caused him to be sent to the hospital on the 17th of nov and is still there

i had my son, manuel martinez in 2002 in a coma from san antonio, tx
i found that in truth it seemed like and later grew to accept that it was like no where else i had seem or heard about. My son was there about 6 months and due to the driving back and forth to eagle pass i brought my son to la sacatecas nursing home in eagle pass, but i never forgot my friends in del rio whiich i revisted several times

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice

They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business.
