I am having a great deal of a headache because the nurses take part in what my sister is doing to the rest of us . She had POA and she wont let us take mom out to dinner. The CNA and nurses need to stop siding with my sister. It's a siblings problem so they should stay out of it.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
