I can't say enough good things about Kutztown Manor! My dad is getting excellent care here. We moved him here from another facility that was not meeting his needs, so we have something to compare this place to. The staff is SUPER attentive polite caring and friendly. Dad is finally happy and feels at home

I was really impressed with how great they were answering any and all questions. I left very informed about their nursing home and staff. . Their primary concern is my mothers safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The entire staff met me with a smile and said hello. I felt a warmth and kindness within. I am hoping that my mother will be accepted as a patient. I feel Kutztown Manor will help me feel confident regarding my mothers care while she can no longer be with me.
