The therapy staff was top notch and that is what I came for. Overall the food and nursing is about the same anywhere you go but at this building I found that the therapists and the gym were great because the gym is huge and bright with music and good equipment and the therapists were very professional and just all around great people. I would recommend this place and if I had the choice, I would go back again if I got sick again.

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

No, I left confused and frustrated

My Grandmother was at this facility after breaking a hip. When I visited her, I noticed food still sitting on the tray table, that had not been fed to her, her hair is dirty and sticky, residents in Wheel Chairs around the nursing station, Foul odor around nursing station. My Grandmother came home with a stage 4 bed sore. I feel that this facility with its wonderful pictures posted on websites, is understaffed. The only thing I liked about this facility, was the location. I wish I had never allowed the Hospital to send her to Kearsley Rehab.
