Personally, I don't feel that it is the right place for my family member. There is not enough physical therapy involved/no gym. The room has ants in it that bit patients bedridden and visitors. The food tray is dirty as well as the floor. There is no announcement of incoming personnel even after putting a sign up. Most personnel are foreign and hard to understand. The resident is also blind and hard of hearing. It took nearly two weeks for bed rails to be installed, his wheelchair does not have the proper leg lifts and he was injured by staff member due to that. I know patient needs a sub acute facility, don't know why daughter put him here, he doesn't need a nursing home and there is not enough physical/occupational therapy to get him home.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
