My brother is there now and I had to wash his bottom because no one had washed him. He is not allowed to take a bath or shower because of his port in his chest, but they could have washed him up for the whole week he was there. Also, it was cold, below freezing, and they sent him to dialysis with his pajamas on. I will have to check occasionally to make sure he doesn't get bed sores.

complaint:
They refused to give me pain meds prescribed by an MD PRN, for 3 months, I have no prior history of Med probs
They did not stop NSAIDS 7 days before back surgery 3 times, and my doctor dropped me.
They have long time patients like, Jesse and Vickie who are convicted drug dealers, living and dealing out of the center, and the PT dept and A a A medical medical equipment people make sure Jesses chair is so tip top shape, above all other residents, who all do not deal.
