They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. These questions are for are doctors office not a nursing home. The staff and doctor for this facility neglect the patients and mistreat them.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me.

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help.

Definitely, it was nauseating

Yes, they answered my call right away

Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed

Yes
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
