My mother has been at facility for over a year. In that time the quality of care has steadily decreased. She is in the dementia unit and cannot speak and cannot walk. Most of the staff in this unit are unfriendly and seem annoyed when family asks questions or complains. We have reported problems with her care, and are still experiencing the same issues. We are looking for another facility. The place in general is kept clean, but we are very disappointed.
