My mother received EXCELLENT care at Hilltop Manor. The staff were so caring and kind! If Mom has to return to a facility at any time in the future, Hilltop Manor will definitely be our choice for her care.

I have had 2 family members reside at Hilltop Manor. The are absolutely the very best!! The Administrator and Director of Nursing are so kind and caring towards my family. They always go above and beyond to provide the very best care. They work long hard hard hours and can be found there day or night or even weekends. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to find the very best care for their loved ones.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. The office was easy enough to find. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
