They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly AND welcoming staff. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident about understanding all the "differences" in Retirement Living now. Hillside is conveniently located right on Jackson Ave. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I was very uncomfortable with the amount of foul language they used. I wish they had been more professional. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. If someone asked me to suggest a good nursing home in the area, it wouldn't be this place. They don't deserve a recommendation in my opinion.

Very unprofessional place. More like a nursing home instead of assistant living. They have stand lifts as well. Most employees are there for the paycheck then concerning for the resident care. Especially the owners. The toilets are nasty and its not a really clean place. They'll find any excuse to up your care level to get more money from you. Not a place ill ever recommend

This place is not concerned with the wishes of their resident. If you want someone else to check on a resident they find a way to block you out and have their in house operation get the service so they can also bill for that. I would never let my parent move into this place
