First floor yes has private rooms and trays the patients completely different but that is their way of getting patients in the door and then move them to the 2nd or 3rd floor. Once you are moved to the other floors then care is completely different. They are not concerned with your personal needs and know nothing when it comes to compasion. I've seen aids get onto patients even yelling at them. Things being stolen by the staff and nothing done about it. Patients getting the wrong medicine or not getting any medicine at all or receiving it late. Medicine running out and waiting days to get any more even when its required by the doctor. They send in the bosses like they care but in reality it does not make the situation any better for the resident but worse because then all the aids And nursing staff turn against you and talk about you in the hallways loud enough for the patients to hear and they don't care they want the patients to hear them. Nothing its done about it by the state or facility almost like they are working together which pretty sure they are. Have even heard nursing staff yelling at family members because the family shows concern and wants simple things done such as showers and the bed sheets changed because the patient is laying in their own filth. There are many other problems but tired of writing. Hopefully if you care about your family member at all you will not leave them here or any other place such as this one.

I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. Their equipment was ancient. By the looks of it I wouldn't be surprised if they've never replaced any of it.

My view the nurses are not trained well to handle the Wound Vac equipment and one of the nures was dozing off in front of the head nurse and she did not say anything to her. Now this is the nurse that hands out the medication to the patients, why in the world would they let a person like this work in a facility. The food isalso horrible, they say that it is a low sugar diet plan then why are they giving the residents juices that taste like pure surgar. i have made many attempts to verbaly state this and nothing has changed. Next step will be to call the State and make a formal complaint.
