Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

This facility was amazing while taking care of my mom in what became the last week of her life. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and the nursing staff took excellent care of my mother.

This center ranks among the WORST!!! I've never seen any physical activities going on with the residents and I have been there at all times possible. The residents are sleeping on the sofas in the main area or sleeping in chairs. God help that entire staff should they ever face the possibility of being put in a facility such as this one.

The administrator is the worst person I or any of the other people that know her have ever met! The only thing she cares about is making money and the only reason why they haven't fired her is because her entire family runs the same owners facilities. It is so sad that the turn over rate is extremely high and the fact that when this place is mentioned people are always like, "oh, yeah that place!" Some of the staff are really rude also and don't ever take the time to pay attention to what the needs are. The administrator works and does some things that are against the law and yet she is still there. News flash to the owners, there are other people who are extremely better and more professional than she is, especially when she runs out the door and yells at people when she feels like it.

I, as the Administrator, have never reviewed this site before today.. I believe that Heritage Park's daily performance stands alone in proof of the care and dedication that we provide as a team to our residents. It is a shame that "anybody" can go to these type sites and write negative statements about our home, when in fact, the past employee that wrote the negative statements to this site, falsified information in an attempt to make Heritage Park look bad.
As an Administrator, of course I am not allowed to disclose current or past employee's information. But always remember: they are a past employee for a reason, reasons due to their own actions. My goal for Heritage Park is to always maintain adequate and appropriate staff to ensure the highest quality of care that we continue to provide. Every staff member goes above and beyond to care for our residents. Have a blessed day.

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

No, no one seemed to notice I was there

No, I had to leave I was so distressed

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

The residents there are amazing and have incredible spirits. I just wish they were treated as individuals with their own personalities in which we all have instead of people who have mental disabilities. Because if you really have a passion to help the elderly in which most residents at Heritage is just above being seniors 'cause most of them are young to me and really have all their senses but arent treated as if they do so they have to make do in order to keep administative happy and not be sent out or evicted. Also the administator is the most unprofessional, rudest person there and act as if she's going to catch something if she made pesonal contact with a resident.I dont understand how the owners alow her to keep the running their home cause the employee turnover rate is ridiculous. One point in time there were about 7 new residents in a 3 month period who came with minimal problems and 5 out of the 7 passed within a month and came with no serious conditions.To me the administrator is more concerned on spying on the employees with the many cameras throughout the building than worrying or being concerned about the residents....the people who really mattee.
