My father was there and the people were all very kind to him and us. The room was beautiful and very clean, the food was very good, dad is hard to please and he liked it. I have no complaints about anything.

My father was admitted for Rehab that section of home was great then when he was moved to the Hospice side it was awful. When nursing staff called me regarding , fall, etc they called him "my brother " multiple times. even though I corrected them When they called me to say my father had passed again " They were calling about my brother"

My aunt had a terrible experience here after surgery. The social worker forced her choice. The food was inedible. She had to fight every day for physical therapy. Every request was met with an excuse. More than once she sat in a chair for 9 hours waiting for her bed to be made. Ridiculous!

I am appalled at the stealing of residents belongings. My mother has so much clothes, a very special throw blanket and more taken from her so sad. Nothing gets done. I wanted someone to look in other residents rooms plus laundry. It is both residents and staff that does the stealing. They really do need security cameras at least in the hallways like most other places have these days due to elderly abuse. So many of the other residents also have things taken from them. I have been told by other residents it does no good to report it plus some residents just forget. I have never complained about her stuff being gone over the past 2 years but now this special blanket with I LOVE YOU all over it front and back.this upset me but she will never get it back.

This nursing home is sub par. They seem understaffed and often unskilled in what they are doing. How ever, the few good staff they do have really help the residents in their rehabilitation processes and development. The equipment and technology is good and overall they do help the residents, but they could use an overlook in their responsiveness.

I had been a resident of this facility in 2012. I then needed surgery in 2013 and went back to this facility. I must admit that I was not at all impressed this time. I felt the communication regarding my care was not transferred to the nurses and aides in a timely manner if at all. I had to be insistent and then the problem would get rectified. I will never go back ther
