I would not want to repeat my mother's visit to Heartland. Medication was dispensed hours after asked for. The nursing staff were way over worked - 26 -1 ratio on most nights. Visitors are allowed all day so no rest can happen in double rooms. Nurses were not professional in discussing meds or care. Therapy was below average. Basically a waste of time and money. I should have taken her home. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.

They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. Their equipment was just average. It didn't knock my socks off or anything, but most of it still appeared safe. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all.

Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. I found that I only got answers when I hounded the administration.

My parishioners consistently have positive experiences at Heartland of Mentor. In my visit I found it to be a helpful and healthy environment.

They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice.
