Good service for the most part. Staff did feel they are the bosses of patients/residents. Had to provide transportation to my own orthopedic surgeon for follow-up. Very nice the staff đź‘Ť was. That was 7 or 8 years ago. I guess maybe most nursing homes seem to have staff who do not lost to patients or residents.

my mother went there after being admitted through Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn. She fell on her face and had to have xrays and stayed on her face on the floor for 30 mins. the other person in the room pressed the call button which is only a light outside the room nothing goes to the nurse station where everyone watches videos and any other area they can find. Daily they take the patients and part them infront of the tv un attented for 2-3 hours without call buttons and unsupervised. The public bathrroms by the nurse station had dirty diappers both time i went there. If you care take them someplace else.

The staff is less than desirable. Some were rude and not helpful. From the first day we stepped into the facility. First impressions mean a lot. The girl behind the nurses station didn't even look up at us when we arrived. She just pointed to were our room would be. There was no "Welcome"or even a" hello". Some of the nurses were so cold hearted toward my father-in-law and to other patients. I am a health care professional and I would be fired on the spot if I was so unprofessional. My father-in-law was just there for rehab. I feel sorry for the people that have to live there. I wouldn't let my dog stay here.

I only took my mom there cause it was close to home and we walked in any time of day or night so they never knew when someone was gonna show up so for that reason we got pretty good care. The nurses that got to know us took great care of my mom! The ones that get no visitors are pretty much forgotten!

Yes, they were able to do almost nothing they originally said they could

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

Yes, I was in agony!
