They were so kind and attentive to me and my husband. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say. Their staff is very friendly and professional, especially for the reason my husband was there. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I was grateful for the convenient location as it was on my way home from work when I visited my husband and it is close to other shopping facilities. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

Nurses did not have much medical expertise and did not care to help with problems. After two weeks my sister ended up back at acute care hospital in a coma and respiratory arrest. She was removed from life support after three months of being unresponsive and died in July 2012. You decide if you feel this place is for you...

I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying 4;the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax.
