Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

My mother was there for several months. She fell 10 times! Nurses did not attend to her needs to get to the bathroom. They drugged her so she wouldn't go to the bathroom too much and it cause a urine infection! The nurses locked her bathroom door so she couldn't go on her own. The speech therapist treats patients like little babies talking down to them in most patronizing ways. There are few at Manor Care who really care about excellence or patient care. The bathrooms are filthy and the closets are dirty too. When I visited mom, there were ANTS in the dining room. This place should be fined by Health and Human Services.
