Overall ok. There are patients there that Bully other patients.

My mom was there for long term care 2.5 months and this place is horrible at night during the day they have a wonderful staff and management but after 6pm when all the managers go home the CNA's are horrible grant you they are under staffed but the attitude with the patients and relatives. There were 2 that worked nights that I felt okay when they were on everyone else should be ashamed of themselves treating people that way ignoring their call buttons etc.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Was this provider's office too cold?
Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia
Did this provider ever postpone your appointment?
All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud
