My father has been in Hamilton Continuing Care for over 7 years and I can say that the staff is 10 star. They really do know everyone's names and that's from the top down. If you are a family member and have a concern to be addressed, it is, without hesitation or question. I only have two "complaints". The staff in the kitchen has to be repeatedly told of concerns with the meals, they are usually extremely good, but they give some residents who cannot chew or cut their food things that are not possible to eat, and the laundry. Even if you have the name sewn in, nobody ever seems to get their laundry back. I suggest you take your loved ones clothes home and wash them. Other than that, the actual care is beyond exceptional!

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible
