Altho I had called ahead to be sure we could visit, the patient we went to see was NOT in the facility when we arrived & had already left when I phoned. Also, it was our 1st visit & there is no sign indicating where to turn in for handicapped parking, so we left the car across the street where there IS a sign. Then we hobbled to the nearest door & were confronted by very steep stairs & another short staircase inside to reach the elevator. The response of the woman at the 4th floor desk to my complaint about being given the wrong patient info was to blame me for not calling the floor to which I replied "It is YOUR job to train whoever answered the phone to do that." She was not at all apologetic nor pleasant so I said I'd be letting you know.
PS: I just spoke w a relative who DOES park in back & she said the access to the bldg is not much better there. We won't be returning.
