I have a member of my family living at Grace Barker Nursing Home for over a year now, and I feel that they she isn't getting as much care as she should be getting. I also feel that they are giving her more medication than she really needs. All in all, I am not really satisfied with the care at Grace Barker.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
