The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it.
