I plan on telling everyone I know about how terrible this nursing home is. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Their equipment was ancient. By the looks of it I wouldn't be surprised if they've never replaced any of it. They don't give a crap about their patients. The place is a filthy hell hole that smells of urine BEFORE you even get into the building! The smell is even worse once you get inside. They leave their patients laying in their own waste in bed for hours at a time. They don't respond to the call button and left me waiting 45 minutes with an EMPTY oxygen tank! This would happen on a regular basis. I could have died many times due to their lack of care and response to my emergency calls. Their staff is lazy, uncaring and don't do their jobs. They just ignore patients and stand around and talk with each other while call lights are going off for 20 - 40 minutes and more! At least 5 patients died while I were their due to their lack of care. Thank God I got out of there before they killed me too! I now have permanent damage to my body and to my health due to their lack of care. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because ZERO stars wasn't an option! This place should be shut down before they kill or do permanent damage to any more patients!

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all
Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her?
Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
