Do not send a loved one to this facility, my husband was sent here for rehab and it was a joke. He was basically paralyzed on his left side and they threw him around like a rag doll. He complained that his bedding, his clothing all smelled of urine. The food was cold too. He wasn't much of a complainer but when he had to go back for surgery and was done and they were going to send him back to this place he absolutely refused, so he was placed in another facility that treated him humanely.

Nothing short of a prison. Doctor Dentist never came around until I cal the Department of Healthcare Quality. Aids REFUSED TO assist me to and from bathroom. Aids would turn off call light and sneak out of room without helping me. Each morning the an Aid would place a large cup of water next to my computer despite being told not to do so. My roomate's phone was destroyed by a water spill. They have no respect for personal property.

Glad I gone from that place!

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. The equipment at this nursing home was far superior than any other facility I have visited. I knew my loved one would be in good hands and well taken care of. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I left with no question unanswered. They were so thorough with their answers and really went above and beyond to ensure I had a great understanding of their nursing home.

They park people in front of a TV, in hospital gowns, all day and leve them. No activities as such. Disorganized--and don't expect anyone to answer the phone on a weekend after 6PM One hand does not know what the other is doing. Avoid this place.
