Mom has been there 3 months now and will continue as a long-term resident. we are very pleased with the care she is receiving. Staff is attentive and our questions are answered promptly.

I would give Fox Hill negative stars if I could. The administration of this facility is absolutely deplorable. The administrative staff is combative, condescending, rude and unhelpful. My friend went there on the advice of a hospital for rehabilitation. They claimed they could provide the necessary services and medications for this man and had NOTHING IN PLACE upon his arrival - not even the equipment necessary to feed the man through his stomach tube or the air mattress to avoid the bed sores that developed. He was supposed to receive 3 weeks of rehab and Fox Hill decided he no longer needed any services after only 3 days and without any consult with the man's doctor so he never received the recommended therapy that he went there for in the first place. Then they tried to discharge him without anything necessary in place to keep him safe at home. One of the nurses was so rough with him that his stomach tube dislodged and he had to get rushed back to the hospital. His poor wife almost had a nervous breakdown. When they did discharge him it was without any instructions on his continued care. Frankly, the repeated violations of state regulations that I personally witnessed makes me wonder how it still operates at all. The staff at this facility should look for different work as they do not care about the residents or their families. Bottom line: If you love your family member DO NOT let them go to Fox Hill.
