They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. the customer's always right. If I could click half of a star I would. They treated my family member with no respect and in turn did not get them the proper medical attention when needed. At times when I was there to visit my family member I would have to help them out of bed and feed them and change them. The bed alarm could go off for a half hour and no one cared. I would NEVER recommend them! DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE>
