I didn't feel like I could count on them to work with me. They allowed us to bring hundreds of dollars of clothing in for my father-in-law. We emptird his closet of clothes, and after sending the clothes to the cleaners, they were always missing. We were told that we could be reimbursed ONLY if we had receipts for the clothes. They ignored us, and finally we gave up. Their cleaning service is stealing clothes, and they will not listen to the problem. A VERY bad facility.
Also, during my father-in-law's stay, he fell out of bed and hurt his wrist. We finally found out about it when we received the bill for an Xray they did, all without notifying us or giving us the results. BUT, when we fell behind in our payments, they were on the phone immediately! A low-grade facility interested more in $$$ than patients.

A nurse has a prescription drug problem gets arrested and they continue to let her work there. I called the head nurse and she hung up on me. My mother is at this place! At least suspend pending outcome. I don't want a junkie taking care of my mother. All the other nursesw can't believe it and they tell me to complain, I don't know what to do, the place is clean and my mother kind of like it there. But this nurse has a problem and they are ignoring it....

Facility is plagued with problems and not recommended by me to anyone who has a family member in need of specialized health care. Communication between family members and staff/affiliated doctors is terrible. My request for a hospice assessment for my Father was road blocked over a week prior to the day he passed away (you need a specific doctor’s order). Leading up to this, my Father told me that he was too weak and could not tolerate physical therapy any longer; however the staff continued on pushing him and ridiculed him that he was just “giving up”. Housekeeping and nutritional services are also lacking. Odor of sewage is evident throughout from a faulty septic. Therefore, the facility in my opinion should be closed.
