I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. clearly the staff is overworked. i see lack of care to the residents, this is due to shortage of aides on the floor.
