My experience at Family Life Enrichment Rehab was horrible. I had a family member to go to this facility where I visited him daily. In my opinion it is extremely understaffed, under supplied, and communication between staff and departments borderlines being non-existent. I would NEVER put anyone I cared about in this facility again. In my opinion basic human needs are not met; nutrition, water, and being treated with basic human kindness. Without these what do you think happens to the patient? The one star is for the cleanliness of the hallway. Do not be fooled by clean hallways! Since my heartbreaking experience other people have shared their experiences and they were similar to my experience.

Overall this nursing home took good care of my Mother. Where they dropped the ball was in providing water at all times for her to drink, changing her diaper enough to prevent constant UTI's, and two nurses who felt they had the right to tell my Mother, "It was okay for her to go."
It is the family's place to discuss dying with their parent, not the nurses place. Most of the cna's and nurses were very loving and highly efficient. But you have to be on guard for those who try to give meds to patients who need to sit in an upright position so they don't aspirate. I had one nurse tell me it didn't make any difference if a patient sat upright to give medications.
This is probably one of the nicer and cleaner nursing homes but some of the nursing staff obviously do not read the doctor's orders and contribute to the demise of your loved ones.
It is only by the grace of God that the responsible staff keep things going.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
