Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. The administration's appearance was professional but it's obvious that how they run their business is unprofessional in every sense. As a client, it was obvious to me the inequality that was shown amongst employees. If there ever was a facility that was in dire need of changes, this would be it....starting with the administration and head of nursing!

No, they didn't wear any cologne
