You know at this point I don't care if you remove this review or not. The truth is a patient that just turned 99 years old was forced to wait an unacceptable amount of time to use a rest room. When a fellow family member and myself expressed our concern a staff member showed a warped priority of trying to borrow a pen to get a phone number over the health and well being of this senior citizen under their care. Since I don't know if the phone call got through I feel it's my duty to report this incompetence in written word. God help all who resides there.
